The Anchor Program is our unique accountability system where experienced members voluntarily support newer members. Anchors help you get comfortable with the gym layout, provide encouragement, and create a welcoming environment. It's what makes DAE1 a true community gym.

Any member who has been active for 3+ months can apply to become an Anchor. We provide training on how to effectively support other members. Anchors receive special recognition and perks within the community.

Founding members lock in $99/month for life (vs. the standard $119/month). You also get a founding member badge, exclusive gear, priority Anchor Program access, and 4 guest passes per month.

We offer month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. Founding member pricing is locked in as long as you maintain an active membership.

Yes! Founding members get 4 guest passes per month, and standard members get 2 guest passes per month. Additional guest passes can be purchased.

We're building a comprehensive strength and conditioning facility with free weights, power racks, cable machines, cardio equipment, functional training areas, and dedicated stretching zones. All equipment is commercial-grade from top brands.
